Returns & Exchanges

Here at Katie B we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. You are welcome to return goods if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to do this. 

All approved returns will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. We do not refund. 

Things To Note - 

  • We don't have sales often but when we do they are BIG! Therefore, sale items can not be exchanged!
  • Goods need to be in AS NEW condition - unworn, undamaged with all tags attached
  • All postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit
  • Products purchased from Katie B other than through the online store, for example at trade show events will be required to return a copy of the purchase invoice also
  • If the size you wish to exchange your product for isn't available on the online store I may be able to order it in for you - just ask

Returns Process -

  1. Download and print off a returns form here
  2. Fill out the form, ensuring all details are completed and put this with your return package
  3. Upon receiving your parcel we will process your return
  4. You will be issued with a store credit. This code will be emailed to you
  5. Happy Shopping!

    Wrong Size

    I ask all customers who might be unsure of sizing to please contact me to ask for help prior to completing their purchase! I sell these products everyday and know the sizing conversions to other brands very well. I am also happy to measure products to further check they will be the right size for you. I feel I do my best to ensure you get the right size first time so if you have purchased the wrong size the above returns policy applies.

    Faulty Goods

    If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault please contact me on 0432 428 363 with the item details, fault and images of the problem ASAP. I will then forward these to the manufacturer of the product to rectify the situation for you. In most cases you will be sent a replacement item at no cost to yourself. Sometimes an exact replacement can't be supplied in your size in which case you will be offered an alternate item of your choice, store credit or a refund.
